Our Team's Core Responsabilities
Our professionals play a vital role in all phases of the project, delivering the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Their main responsibilities include:
- Interpretation of Design Drawings: Analyzing complex architectural and engineering drawings to extract critical technical data for steel structures.
- Creation of Detailed Drawings: Developing accurate technical drawings that specify dimensions, material specifications, and fabrication standards for all steel components.
- 3D Structural Modeling: Building accurate and detailed 3D models of steel and concrete structures in Tekla Structures, faithfully representing beams, columns, connections, and key structural elements.
- Design and Detailing of Connections: Designing and detailing robust connections between structural elements to ensure compliance with design standards and safety standards.
- Fabrication and Assembly Documentation: Generating comprehensive construction drawings—including floor plans, elevations, sections, and fabrication details—directly from the 3D BIM model.
- Material Quantity Surveying: Extraction of accurate material lists and reports directly from the model to assist in precise cost estimation, procurement, and project monitoring.
- Interference Detection and Resolution: Conducting comprehensive interference detection analyses to identify, flag, and resolve spatial conflicts prior to fabrication and on-site assembly.
- Multidisciplinary BIM Coordination: Integrated collaboration with architects, engineers, and general contractors in a shared BIM environment to optimize information exchange.
- Tekla Environment Customization: Adaptation of Tekla Structures models, components, and configurations to meet specific project parameters and industry standards.
- Fabrication Drawing Review: Auditing and approving detailed drawings from manufacturers and contractors to ensure full alignment with the original project intent.
